international Criminal Court

Overview

In this specialized committee of the International Criminal Court, delegates will take on the roles of prosecutors, defense attorneys, expert witnesses, state representatives, and legal authorities in the high-profile trial of Walter White, also known as Heisenberg. The committee will deliberate on charges including transnational drug trafficking, financial crimes, and mass human rights violations. Delegates will confront two primary topics: Topic I: Drug Trafficking & Organized Crime, which evaluates the international reach and criminal infrastructure of Heisenberg’s meth empire; and Topic II: Murders & Ethical Responsibility, which examines the direct and indirect fatalities associated with his actions and the extent of his moral and legal culpability. Throughout the trial, delegates will engage with legal precedent, international jurisdiction, and evolving crisis updates to determine whether Heisenberg was a desperate man pushed to extremes—or a criminal mastermind deserving of the highest level of international accountability.
